Gifec members achieve a turnover of more than €1,000 million through distribution networks (2021). This essentially includes the distribution of industrial supplies.

By sector of activity of the end customer:
The majority of professional distribution, i.e. 43%, is intended for the metals and mechanical engineering sector. This sector is followed by automobiles and transport (11%) and construction (9%). Other sectors include trade and repair (8%), administration (6%), DIY (3%), and agriculture (3%). Finally, 15% of this distribution is dedicated to various manufacturing industries other than metals.

By distribution channels:
Regarding distribution channels, the majority of products, or 66%, go through industrial supply. Other channels include automotive supplies (9%), DIY and hardware superstores (5%), and building supplies (5%). The remaining channels, grouped under "Other", represent 15%.

By product families:
Finally, in terms of product families, 36% of sales concern tools. Equipment represents 25% of sales, followed by machining (20%). Products related to transmission and other uses represent 15% and 4%, respectively.
