The Congresses, other highlights of Gifec, are reserved for members and are scheduled every two years, alternating with the Distribution Meetings. They allow for two to three days to explore a defined theme in more depth, and are above all privileged moments of exchange and networking.
These seminars bring together around twenty members each edition and are an opportunity for new entrants to integrate quickly, because a friendly spirit is essential.
They take place in two stages and the work is organized in sub-groups with restitution and synthesis, under the direction of a facilitator:
- Reflections and discussions on a current theme chosen by members
- Organization of Gifec actions and projects for the next two years
