On 18 November 2020, GIFEC held its first 100% online seminar with an engaging speaker: Philippe Dessertine.
We organised discussion and brainstorming sessions in small groups in digital breakout rooms, offering an interactive experience in collaborative intelligence mode.

A crisis accelerating change: new management, supply, customer relations and distribution methods. Participants were welcomed with live music to spice up the welcome and break times.
A visual facilitator produced a drawing compiling all the highlights of the day. Didier Duffaut, an expert facilitator, was able to create a sense of community and complement the important messages we wanted to convey with specific inputs.
