Asma Mhalla, In 2023, she produced and hosted CyberPouvoirs on France Inter, a program that deciphers the central role of technology in structuring the new power rivalries between nations, through the prism of the major affairs and scandals that marked the beginning of the 21st century. A political scientist and essayist specializing in the political and geopolitical stakes of technology and AI, she holds a PhD in political science, is a research associate at the Laboratoire d'Anthropologie Politique de l'EHESS/CNRS and teaches at SciencesPo, Polytechnique and Columbia GC.
She also advises governments and institutions on technological public policy. In 2024 , she published Technopolitique with Editions du Seuil.
